When contacting support, include your device model, iOS or watchOS version, app version, and a short description of the problem. Do not send HealthKit exports or sensitive health details by email.
Pedometer Plus purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple through your Apple ID. Use Restore Purchases if your subscription is active but premium personalization is unavailable. Premium preferences do not sync between iPhone and Apple Watch.
Pedometer has no account system, backend, or analytics SDK. HealthKit data stays on device and is not sent to ad systems.
