Pedometer Support

When contacting support, include your device model, iOS or watchOS version, app version, and a short description of the problem. Do not send HealthKit exports or sensitive health details by email.

Before Contacting Support

• Confirm HealthKit permission is enabled for step count, walking/running distance, flights climbed, and active energy.
• Confirm the app group and widgets are installed from the same App Store app.
• If Pedometer Plus is active on another device, open Plus and tap Restore Purchases.
• If a widget or complication looks stale, open the iPhone or Apple Watch app and wait for the system-controlled WidgetKit timeline to refresh.
• iOS requires users to place widgets manually; Pedometer cannot install one automatically.

Subscriptions

Pedometer Plus purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple through your Apple ID. Use Restore Purchases if your subscription is active but premium personalization is unavailable. Appearance preferences sync between a paired iPhone and Apple Watch when both apps are available; StoreKit entitlement is verified separately on each device.

Privacy

Pedometer has no account system, backend, or analytics SDK. HealthKit data stays on device and is not sent to ad systems.
